Water Arc is a young initiative with a mission to reduce the urban sector water demand, for a sustainable development coupled with economical sense.
As water scarcity spreads across the globe, reduction of water demand will better balance the water budget. Sustainable urban development requires better water interface, including lower consumption, alternative water sources and in place water recycling.
The urban sector requires special attention, as the sensitivity of the customers is much higher than that of municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities. Water arc will develop the urban water sector for the benefit of the urban customers.
Water Arc is based on the knowledge and experience of Mr. Ilan Katz (M.Sc., MBA), who works in the water field for more than 10 years in the academy, governmental and privet sectors.
Water Arc scientific advisor is Dr. Eran Friedler from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
State of the art technology will be adopted with the support of the Technion researchers.
