חשיבות האיתור :-
איתור כתובת הינו עניין לא פשוט בכלל ולמעשה מהוה מעין חקירה .
לפעמים הנתבע גם לא מעוניין שימצאו אותו ובכוונה מסתיר את כתובת מגוריו ובני משפחתו עוזרים לו ומחפים עליו.
קשה להגזים בהערכת החשיבות של איתור מען נכון ומדוייק .
לא פעם קרה שמסירות נמסרו לבני משפחה של הנתבע ולאחר מכן הוא טען שלא קיבל המסמכים מכוון שאינו מתגורר בכתובת. בחלק מהמקרים זה היה ניסיון התחמקות מצד הנתבע, ולעיתים זה היה אמיתי והנתבע לא גר שם .
איתור לא מדוייק וכתוצאה מכך מסירה משפטית שנמסרת לא בכתובת מגוריו של הנתבע , כלומר- לא כדין, עלולים להוות עילה לביטול ומחיקת התביעה !
