Notes: On a defusion map the object of the terrorists is to plant the C4. Each map usually has two targets which the C4 must be planted at. The C4 can also be dropped and one of your teammates can pick it up and complete the mission. It takes 5 seconds to arm and plant the C4 explosive. The counter terrorists have about 45 seconds to get to the C4 site and defuse the bomb, the terrorists objective is complete if the counter terrorist fail to defuse the C4 in time. However, if the counter terrorist defuse it in time then the counter terrorists objective is complete and the terrorist lose.

Notes: A defuse kit shortens the amount of time it takes to defuse the planted bomb by about 50%. Defusing the bomb without a kit takes roughly 10 seconds, with the defuse kit you can defuse the C4 in about 5 seconds. Once you have bought a defuse kit a small icon that looks like a pair of wire cutters, will appear on the HUD (left side of the screen) of any CT player. A defuse kit is a must have, It's something to purchase every round, if you have the extra cash.

Notes: HE Grenades have a high radius targeting area, they can easily take 50 - 80 health away from your enemies (yourself included) even if on the other side of a wall for example. Throwing them inside vents and small areas are very effective. HE grenades explode 1.5 seconds after thrown.

Notes: Smoke grenades are very effective when thrown near a sniping CT or Terrorists, it makes seeing through the heavy smoke difficult and extremely hard to snipe through the heavy smoke that is released by the Smoke Grenade. Throw one in an alley and wait 5 - 10 seconds to fully deploy the smoke grenade, then run!
